Meet the General Manager

Originally from Windham, Connecticut Tracey has spent the better part of 10 years learning the ins and outs of the restaurant industry. She began her career after retiring from the IN Army National Guard. She has made her way through the kitchens of various dining establishments, leading her to join the family of Gallery on 16th as Chef and General Manager. Tracey has a love for people and food. She works hard to build community through building meals that friends and family can enjoy together.
